The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. The check-in area felt warm and welcoming, almost like home. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which made my stay more comfortable. Also, I found the guest laundry really useful during my short trip, making it easier to freshen up my clothes.

Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. However, the bathroom was on the small side, typical for Ibis hotels, and could use better ventilation. I found the parking situation slightly frustrating at first, having to pay for it without prior notice. Overall, the hotel provided basic necessities, but I left wishing the room had more space and a better setup.
